December 3, 2007 Oekaki (Paint BBS)
First off--If you can tell what the thing is in the background (without reading further), you get a cookie. If you know which what the thing is in the background, you get four cookies.
Now that that's out of the way. This is an original character I made up based off the series Gundam Wing. Normally, I hatehatehate OC's. However, I came up with Cel about 6 years ago, and I still like her. So nyeah. XD Comments welcome as always.
